Meet Our Project Team
The Inclusive History Project’s work is supported by faculty, staff, students, and community members from across the Flint, Dearborn, and Ann Arbor campuses.
On this page, we invite you to learn more about the people who make up the IHP and the committees that shape our work.
- The Executive Committee leads the overall project and sets its overarching priorities while overseeing the full range of IHP-supported projects.
- IHP Central Staff & Researchers lead and support the many research and engagement activities that the IHP is engaged in.
- Over 80 Project Site Researchers–a mix of faculty, staff, research fellows, and undergraduate and graduate students–are actively engaged in researching the university’s inclusive history.
- The IHP Advisory Committee offers guidance on the project’s overall direction and its research, engagement, and reparative activities and connects the IHP to constituencies across the university.
- The Student Advisory Committee serves as a vital link between the project and student groups, fostering connections and representing student perspectives in the IHP’s work.
- The UM-Dearborn Steering Committee and UM-Flint Advisory Committee ensure that IHP efforts remain relevant and meaningful to their campuses and the wider community.
